Returns and exchanges

NATIONAL – PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS

We only accept returns or exchanges on non-sale items purchased at www.deluashop.com.
DELUA will gladly return or exchange any unworn, unwashed garment, with all original tags attached and in perfect condition.

EXCHANGES

Garments can be exchanged within 15 days from receiving the parcel. You will need to send us an email at returns@deluashop.com, with a detailed description of what you want to exchange and the order number you will find in the confirmation email.
Exchanges can only be made on the same item purchased. If you wish to exchange the item for a different garment, a return will need to be placed and a new order issued.
If the item is sold out, it will be processed as a return and the price of the item will be refunded.
Once we receive your email, we will send you a label with a shipping code to print and stick on your parcel. The parcel will need to be sent via Correos. If you do not have a printer, you can go to a Correos post office and with the shipping code, they will print the label with our data for you, and you can send it on to us.
Exchange shipping costs will be paid by the client.
Once we receive the parcel, and check that is in perfect condition, we will forward the new size free of cost in the Peninsula and Balearic Islands.

RETURNS

Returns are available for any item within 15 days of receiving the parcel. You should follow the following procedure:

Returning shipping costs will be paid by the client, unless item purchased was defective upon arrival. In that case, please send us an email to returns@deluashop.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged parcel.

Send us an email to returns@deluashop.com with a detailed description of what you want to return and the order number you will find on the confirmation email. We will get back to you within 3 working days.

Once we receive your email, we will send you a label with a shipping code to print and stick on your parcel. The parcel will need to be sent via Correos. If you do not have a printer, you can go to a Correos post office and with the shipping code, they will print the label with our data for you, and you can send it on to us.

This amount corresponds to the price of the item, meaning that shipping costs or taxes will not be refundable. The refund will be made within 1-3 working days after confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL, CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges for international, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla orders. If you would like to exchange an item, a return will need to be placed and a new order issued.

The shipping costs of the new order (only for the first exchange) will be paid by DELUA to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and United Kingdom.

We suggest you insure the package and purchase tracking services for your protection. The parcel will be under your responsibility until we receive it in our warehouse.
